The Todd Valley Softball Organizational meeting was held February 13, 2008 at D.C. West High School. President Buckley called the meeting to order. Introductions of town reps were held. Minutes of the Aug 8, 2007 meeting were read. M/S/C
Treasurers report $1,526.45 M/S/C.
Next Roni Wobken, district commissioner updated us on the following changes for this year:
1. All level ABC teams have to be individually registered if playing in District/ State tourney. $13.00 per player plus 1 coach.
2. 10 Under: home open, drop third strike
3. 14 Under C tourney @ Auburn -3 game format guarantee
4. ASA will be requiring background checks next year on coaches
5. Class B State tourney on July 4th will start at 1:00p.m. and be done by 7p.m.

7. District/State rosters due June 5th. Send 2 checks to Roni. $150/$175
8. There is a $20 state fee per team that the league pays

Each town rep presented the number of teams for each age division.
Concerning the new 10U rule change: 10 Under REC will stay as is in our league.
10Under COMP will abide by new state rule, but keep the 5 run per inning rule.

10 Rec-@ DC West June 7th, rainout June 8th
10 Comp-@ Ashland May 30-June 1
12 @ Yutan June 13-15
14 @ Bennington June14-15
Gate admission is Friday: $2 Adults/$1 students; Sat & Sun: $3 Adults/ $2 students
Umpire fees $25.00 per game/per umpire
Tournament Director’s name needs to be sent to Wendall. His email is on Todd Valley website.
Next meeting will be held March 11th at DC West High School to schedule games.
Bring ALL your coaches along so it goes smoothly!! We will need team roster and coaches email and phone number and MONEY$$$$$$ for league fees. May 19th is the first day games can be played.
